Hatching Egg Purchase Terms & Conditions
By purchasing hatching eggs from Little Willow Homestead, you acknowledge and agree to all of our terms and conditions and understand that purchasing and incubating shipped hatching eggs involves inherent risks.
We take great care in selecting, collecting, handling, and packaging our eggs. We make every effort to ship the freshest, highest-quality eggs possible and package them carefully to help protect them during transit.
However, Little Willow Homestead has no control over the eggs once they leave our possession. Shipping and handling can expose eggs to temperature fluctuations, rough handling, delays, and other conditions that may affect their viability and ultimately impact hatch rates.
Because of these factors, we cannot guarantee a specific hatch rate and are not responsible for hatch rates or incubation outcomes. Hatch rates can be affected by shipping conditions, incubation equipment, temperature, humidity, handling, storage, and many other factors beyond our control.
By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and accept these risks and agree to these terms and conditions before purchasing.
