Shipping Information:
🚚 Flat rate EXPRESS SHIPPING . All chicks are shipped via USPS Priority Express in a specialized chick shipping box, including a 72-hour heat pack (weather permitting)and Gro Gel to ensure safe travel. There is a maximum of 15 chicks per box to ensure plenty of room to move around.
All chicks are hold for pickup and must be picked up immediately when you receive a call from your post office.
We recommend having the brooder set up and warmed up ready to go before chicks arrive. We use Chick Boost in all chicks water and recommend you do so as well.. if using a heat plate we recommend Premeire one or rent a coop brands. The knock off brands are faulty.
Our shipped chicks have a live chick guarantee upon arrival. Customer must PICKUP WITHIN 2 HOURS AFTER ARRIVAL AT LOCAL POST OFFICE AND record opening the box and show condition of chicks and box to receive a credit or reimbursement. We send extras to offset any losses you may have. THE EXTRA CHICKS WONT BE REFUNDED OR REIMBURSED IF LOST DURING SHIPMENT.
